Strewth, did you hear about HFM? This top-notch community radio station, right there in Gosnells, Perth, was pumping out tunes, chat and info 24/7. Think of it as your mate who never sleeps, always ready with a yarn or a cracking tune.
They played a ripper mix, too – everything from Aussie classics to the latest chart-toppers, with a sprinkle of local news and entertainment thrown in for good measure. Remember that time I heard that bloke interviewing a possum? No? Well, it was legendary. (Probably not true, but you get the picture!)
So yeah, HFM was a real gem for the Gosnells community, a proper local legend. A vital part of the area, providing a platform for local talent and keeping everyone connected. It's a real shame if it's no longer running (if that's the case, a true loss of a good thing) otherwise it's still a good one to listen to!
